As a BurgerFuel Shift Manager, you will work alongside the Store Manager, be in charge of the store’s day-to-day operations, look after a team of high-energy staff, create an exceptional customer experience, manage operational processes, and of course, the burgers!

What skills you need:
 
Epic people & communication skills – keep the energy high!
Exceptional time management & organizational skills
Ability to multitask, keep calm & solve problems under pressure.
Experience in a leadership position – management skills required; you’ll oversee between 15 – 20 staff.
Commitment to working in a high-energy environment where weekends and nights are the norms.
Passion for providing an excellent customer experience.
