We’re on the hunt for a Store Manager, not just any store manager though - we really want a Leader (yip, they're two different things). 

This means you'll not only need to take on all the regular operational tasks of a Store Manager (like following established systems, working to P&Ls, reporting, creating rosters, recruitment etc), you'll also need to lead, inspire and unite your team of staff in true QSR style.

To be successful as a Store Manager you will:

- Work with a dedicated owner and senior support staff

- Be supported with  shift managers

- Be able to provide a commitment to the business where work is fast-paced and make the ride enjoyable for customers and staff alike

- Perform monthly operations, safety & customer service audits

- Drive business development initiatives and marketing opportunities with local businesses

Previous management experience is essential, you must be ready to hit the ground running.
