Job Description:

Employment Type: Permanent Full Time

Pay Rate: $29.77 to $30.00 per hour.

Minimum Hours of Work: 30 hours per week on a rotating roster including weekends. The candidate must be available for shift work both weekdays and weekends.

Location: Hastings, Hawkes Bay

Key Tasks and Responsibilities include:

-Complying with systems/manuals such as Food & Packaging Manual, Food Safety Plan, Kitchen Logbook and Prep List
-Adhering to and enforcing BurgerFuel policies and guidelines
-Responsible for food quality, customer service and cleanliness                                       

-Motivating employees to attain the highest standards
-Training employees on correct BurgerFuel procedures

-Ensuring store and staff hygiene is maintained

-Must be on time and remain onsite for the entire shift
